Tasting Notes: Lemon, Orange Peel, Floral, Honey
La Collina is a whole-agriculture co-op, cultivating fruits and vegetables, grain (for pasta and beer), livestock, bees, dairy (for Parmagiano-Reggiano), and, of course, wine. Founded in 1975 by a group of 12 young farmers, the co-op has flourished through its organic and biodynamic practices and its focus on the ecosystem and surrounding environment. This is an amazing Prosecco alternative. It is more aromatic than a prosecco, grown biodynamically, and is refreshing beyond belief both in the glass and on the price tag.
